2. Project Milestones & Deliverables

All projects proceed based on a documented Scope of Work (SOW). Milestones, timelines, staging server previews, and deployment dates are communicated transparently before development commences.

3. Post-Launch Warranty & SLA

Every custom website and web application delivered by BihariTech includes a complimentary 30 to 90 day warranty period covering bug fixes, speed audits, and security monitoring.

4. SEO & Marketing Performance Disclosures

We utilize 100% white-hat algorithmic search engine optimization techniques and data-driven paid advertising funnels. While algorithm shifts are governed by search engines, we guarantee transparent monthly performance reporting and adherence to Google Webmaster Guidelines.

5. Jurisdiction
